First Time posting meal opinions please

Hi, today was day two so I'm trying to see if I'm eating too much or off base.
I'm 5'4 weigh 171.4 need to lost 20 lbs at least Female

B: squeezed an orange and drank the juice
large bowl of cereal from the list of items acceptable
banana
slice of Trader Joes Honey Wheat Bread (I couldn't decide if this brand was okay or not)

snack: 20 pretzel bites from the list of acceptable items

L: 1/2 bag of frozen potatoes (heated on stove stuck to pan and got smooshy. added chives and garlic

Snack: One Matza Cracker

D: Brown Rice Pasta, onions cut up in it. a table spoon of trader joes fat free bean dip (it doesnt' say fat free on it but in the ingredients its 0 fat.
Sweet Potato spirals

Snack: Box of raisins
4 rice crackers with all natural raspberry preserves light coating

I was full most of the day, but its 11:44 at night and I'm hungry.

Hi there tlouise :) welcome

On your menus, it looks good. The way to tell if a processed food (such as TJ's bread) is okay or not is to check the label. If there is no added oil, then it's just fine. Also, look for 100% whole wheat, and with as few ingredients as possible. The bread I like best comes from a local bakery and has five ingredients: whole wheat flour, water, honey, salt, and yeast.

The raisins might be a bit calorie dense, so maybe not eat them every day.

As for being hungry at night...what I do when that happens is go to bed. ;) when I am asleep, I can't feel my stomach grumbling.

If it's too early for bedtime, a mug of tea with honey works wonders.
