Dominik's mashed potatoe

I cook for three people but we are only two
so, the mash has to go somewhere.... you go figure

five potatoes
three carrots
one parsley root
one teaspoon horseradish
one onion
half a teaspoon ginger
salt and pepper if needed

cook it
mash it
eat it

let me know if it needs improvement or an award to beat the TV chefs

I would put in horseradish two tablespoons but my wife probably wouldn't talk to me for a week
