LOL I think that is the name of a restaurant down in SoCal so I thought it would be a fun name for my menu thread. I have been posting in my journal, and thought maybe I can come here for shorter posts, check-ins and posting my food.

Yesterday:
B: oat bran, apple, banana, cinnamon
L: Veggie sandwich
D: Salad, mustard balsamic dressing
S: Grapes

Today:
B: oat bran, apple, banana, cinnamon
L: Potatoes, steamed broccoli, Bitchin' Sauce (this has almonds, spices, and some oil. I am using up the last of it then no more)
D: Probably almond butter and preserves on Dave's Killer Bread

Hi,

haven't started yet with McD diet, but plan to do so soon.
Do you add any liquid to your breakfast?
I generally have oats, apple, banana, flax seeds, sunflower seeds and then add orange juice.
