i am going to start with LAST night's dinner, since I have no idea, yet, what I will eat tonight.
D: Fat Free beans wrapped in tortilla making 2 FF burritos. Plus, a large bowl of raw spinach.
Trick for making it tastier: Start cold and heat on a rack in a toaster over. My toaster oven is set at 450 degrees, and I turn when one side is golden. Cook time about 20-25 minutes. I go for crispy golden brown on each side.
B: 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats, 2 TBSP raisins, generous cinnamon, 1 1/2 cups water. Microwave in Pyrex bowl for 8 minutes (very old, small microwave with low power compared to new microwaves)
L: raw spinach, shredded cabbage (purchased already shredded), grated carrots (purchased grated), Navel Orange peeled and chopped instead of dressing.
Snack: 6 Organic Mandarins: from Trader Joe in a bag labeled Organic, Sweet 2 Eat, California Mandarins, Easy to Peel, black label on orange string bag
Dinner? Considering either FF burrito again or maybe Health Valley No Salt Split Pea soup. Plus fruit and greens.
