S: apple, 2 corn thins
L: mixed greens, 2 yukon gold potatoes baked, 1 piece cornmeal crust pizza with tomatoes, spinach, bell peppers, onions and garlic
D: steamed brown rice, lentil oat loaf(recipe from My Beef With Meat), steamed japanese sweet potatoes.

Here's what I had today:

B: Peaches and strawberries, Oatmeal
S: Banana and heirloom tomatoes
L: Veggie sandwich - kale, eggplant, peppers, onions on whole wheat bread; salad; fruit salad
D: Potatoes, "no chicken" soup
I ❤️ the McDougall program!! It has given me a new lease on life.

L: black bean soup, mixed green salad with quinoa, roasted butternut squash
D: engine 2 brown rice tortilla with pumpkin hummus, spinach, tomatoes, carrots, onions, steamed Japanese sweet potatoes and Yukon gold potatoes.
And, As Per usual...Pots AND Pots Of tea. Green, white, rooibos and spice.

Your menus look AMAZING!

B- Juice (2 apples,1 cucumber, lots of spinach, half a lemon) - Im not hunry AT ALL in the morning .
L- Pasta salad: lots of pasta (white), with lettuce, tomatoes and onions with homemade white bread
D- I don't know yet im torn between some cereal or Mexican chilly beans
Snacks- Homeade banana and oats cookies plus a small banana

teas:
1 Detox tea

D: lentil sloppy joes(Mcdougall app recipe) over engine 2 roll, side of steamed HI purple potatoes

I ended up eating the Mexican chilli and frosted flakes as desert lol.. cant get away from them!

I'm from Madird, I work at PWC.. most transnationals are located in Barcelona tho!

Will update my menue later :)

UPDATE:

B- Lemon water and HUGE orange juice
L-Pasta salad with sundried tomatoes, cucumber and balsamic vinegar, homemade white bread with raisins and small banana as desert
D- Planning on eating oven chips with ketchup and mustard plus a lot of plai lettuce wich I love! this is my fav dinner besides veggie burgers and hotdogs... maybe some cereal as desert

Had some "detox tea" and red tea

L: leftover Sloppy lentil joes, which I totally recommend making... was so delicious side of sweet potatoes.
D: It's so cold here today I'm having 3 bean butternut squash chili. It was not what I had prepped but I threw everything in the crock this morning so that tonight after work I'll come home to warm deliciousness!

S: I had a binge episode and ate to many nuts. I avoid nuts as they are too much fat and I have an addiction problem with them, I make sure I don't have any around but my boss brought in two huge containers each of cashew and almonds last week. I've keep away from them but today I thought I'll just eat a few, half a container later...
