What I am eating today: Thursday 31 May

Breakfast:
small clementine
Oats, sliced banana and cinnamon
Vit B12

Post gym workout:
cooked cold potato sprinkled with apple cider vinegar and herb salt

Lunch:
BIG mixed green salad with green beans and asparagus

Supper:
butternut and lentil soup
(served with polenta on the side for the family)

Regular Program

Breakfast: GF cold cereal with banana milk

Mid-morning Snack: mini rice cakes, hot tea

Lunch: Tomato/sprout sandwich, water

Mid-afternoon snack: mini rice cakes, hot tea

Dinner: GF vegan mac and cheez (made from nutritional yeast), peas, tossed salad

S: raw carrot, celery, cucumber
L: Baked potato, banana
S: Grapenuts, almond milk, 1tbsp raisins
D: Homemade minestrone soup
S: Watermelon

Walked 1 mile, drank water.
