Lunch : Oatmeal with mixed berries, banana, raisins, and flax
Snack : Carrots with mustard
Dinner : Potato and Bean Soup with mixed veggies and collards
Dessert : Banana
Beverage : Water, herbal tea, Teeccino

11-7? Are those late night snacks?

Breakfast: oatmeal, dates. fresh-squeezed orange/grapefruit juice.

Lunch: Shabu Shabu at the Sunflower -- bean threads, broccoli, tofu, tofu skins, cabbage, veggie broth. Vitality juice -- carrot, cabbage, parsley.

Dinner: Salad with fat-free Italian dressing.
