11-7? Are those late night snacks?
Breakfast: oatmeal, dates. fresh-squeezed orange/grapefruit juice.
Lunch: Shabu Shabu at the Sunflower -- bean threads, broccoli, tofu, tofu skins, cabbage, veggie broth. Vitality juice -- carrot, cabbage, parsley.
Dinner: Salad with fat-free Italian dressing.
