Hi

I was not really carrying extra weight although I would not have minded losing 10 lbs.
Because I did not know that I was gluten sensitive and everyone was telling me it was normal to use the washroom so often, I lost 20 lbs in the first month. I then got rid of glutens and not so many trips to the washroom and got back up to a healthy weight.
