B= in a blender, 1/4 cup frozen organic berry mix, 1 banana, 1 kiwi, 2 cups raw spinach, about 5 baby carrots, 1/2 cup coconut water and blend until smooth - thermos black coffee
L= small head romaine lettuce, handful cherry tomatoes, 1/4 of English cucumber, 1/2 avocado, light soy sauce sprinkle and 1/4 cup lemon juice - 2 clementines, 1 persimmon, 1 Gala apple
D = sautéed in water and splash light soy sauce 1/4 Nappa cabbage, bag bean sprouts, 2 12.3 oz Morinaga silken Tofu, shitake mushrooms, baby bok choy (enough for two meals)
LOTS of water all day. Perhaps some herbal tea in p.m.
Breakfast and Lunch are about the same each day. Dinner is different each evening. Easy prep and little time.
