Coriander's meals

I'm not great at food journaling, but I'm hopeful that this will help me stay on track!

B- Ezekiel pita stuffed with white beans mashed with salsa. Coffee with unsweetened cashew milk
L - Sweet potato, white beans, salsa, nooch. Another cup of coffee with cashew milk
Sn - Cucumber and onion with acv and dill
D -1/2 sweet potato, black beans, brown rice, spinach, salsa
Sn - 3 rice thins with fat free refied beans

That coffee doesn't sound too compliant, even two times a day ;-)

Have you tried chicory coffee? It's not that bad as it sounds, might worth trying it... :)

Sounds like you're not a fan of salad? I myself don't like salad. My mother made it every day for dinner and I guess I got sick of it over the years :) I love my vegetables cooked. I actually like vegetables better than fruit. :lol:
