Jeff, could you post again what website you use to know that your body is 22 years younger. I remember you discussed with us before, but I need a reminder to revive it.

Happy Birthday Jeff! Here's looking to another healthy year. We both have birthdays next to each other. I was 71 on Oct 14. I never dreamed I would be this healthy at my age.

Thanks Viv!

Happy Birthday to you and congratulations on your health!

What a blessing to be able to age gracefully and enjoy the ride.

Here are my favorite calculators

First, the one I think you are talking about. You have to be careful and make sure the settings are right (US/metric)
https://www.worldfitnesslevel.org/

This one is based on blood labs that you upload but may be down till November

A longevity calculator

The “40 year old body” comes from a comment my PCP made about my health earlier this year.

Jeff, you are right. I found the worldfitnesslevel.org in my files back in 2018 when you celebrated your birthday at 60.

I saved all of them. Thank you!

I am curious why you went to see your PCP when you had already been aware that you had an incredibly much younger body based on your own knowledge.

1) Free blood tests

2) Maintain a relationship with a local MD just in case anything was ever to come up
