Wonderful that you can be there for your sister. Making any complex decision and following through is hard.
Reversal may be possible, especially if young and fit, and 100% committed and compliant. However, with end stage disease, halting progression, avoiding dialysis and death, is success. And improvement in all other body systems is also important.

One I listen to is Corinne Nijjer down in Australia. She tends to have disease reversal stories rather than doctors and nutritionists.
