California Balsamics are so yummy. If you buy a sampler pack you can choose a bunch of flavors to try. A little goes a long way with the.

My go-to balsamic vinegar is the Costco Kirkland balsamic. Tasty and cheap.

I'm not into the whole vinegar craze myself. I also like the Kirkland's one from Costco, but my favorite is White Balsamic and the brand is Alessi, it's quite inexpensive.

I did buy a few from the vinegar store, one of those new speciality shops, and tried Fig (which was good) and a few others, but they were so overly sweet to me.

I like NAPA VALLEY NATURALS Grand Reserve Balsamic Vinegar (4% acidity). I love it on my salad. I buy it from Whole Foods Market but I have seen it at other stores as well.

I like Racconto. It is from Modena Italy and tastes so good. A little also goes a long way for me.

Hey everyone
Keep posting your go-to balsamic vinegars so I can plan a road trip around who I need to visit across the country!
I already see three stops I need to make.

I have been using Trader Joe's Gold Aceto Balsamico of Modena. Sounds fancy, but aged 3 yrs per label and contains ingredients: concentrated Grape Must; Wine Vinegar (contains sulfites). 6% acidity $6 8.5oz

Naturally, it takes more than a few drops vs the real 100% long aged variety.

I actually went to the link and ended up dropping $62 on a bottle of vinegar. I shall justify that by looking at the huge reduction in our food bills since we stopped eating meat and processed foods and I stopped eating dairy and eggs.

Please let us know how it tastes?
