finally tried it

I put cocoa in my oats before cooking them yesterday. Now, that was a yummy change of pace. It tasted illegal but was still just oats, water, plant milk, and fruit.

What are the proportions? I’m up for trying something new.

Awesome. You can also add a touch of cinnamon, pumpkin spice or apple pie spice. :D

1/4 c rolled oats
1 1/2 t special dark cocoa
3/4 c water

Microwave for 3 minutes. Top with oat milk, sliced banana, and a generous sprinkle of cinnamon. It would be even yummier with a bit of PB2 powder sprinkled on with the cinnamon; I think. It holds me from 6-12 if I drink a big glass of water at the same time and stay busy. It takes twice the amount of oats to fill me up when I eat uncooked cold oats or muesli. Enjoy!
