If any member here is an alumni of the 10-Day Residential McDougall Program and is not a member of the McDougall 10-Day Program FB page, you may want to join. You can do so here... (We do verify prior attendance at the 10-Day Program)

The reason is on Monday, June 17 and 1 PM PST, we are going to do a FB Live Webinar for the 10-Day Program Alumni. Dr Lim, Dr Lisle and I will all be on answering questions. If all goes well, we plan to do a few of these during the year for the 10-Day Program Alumni.
