Naturally Slim program - heard of it?

Postby sharonbikes » Sun Sep 16, 2018 10:10 am

Next year, my employer will be offering for free a program called "Naturally Slim" - the company does an excellent job at protecting its materials as there is not much information on line about it. From what I can tell, it is about mindfulness and related stuff - it's not a prescribed diet or not, I don't think. Anyone have any experience with this program?

Thanks

Sharon

I looked at some reviews and it is mainly about eating only when hungry. They do ban sweeteners, but allow all sorts of junk like pizza, burgers, etc. Being slim on pizza and burgers is probably not healthy. Slimness and health are not exactly equivalent. Healthy people are slim but not all slim people are healthy.
