Just spent the best 3 Day McDougall in Santa Rosa. It was so moving to be able to thank Dr. McD, Mary, Heather and Tiffany for all that they have done over the years for our benefit. As Dr. McD has retired it was even more meaningful. Just shared the "Healthiest Diet" book with two of my husband's colleagues, and told them about the website, and what a great WOE and organization this is. Hope to come back...soon!
