It is awesome that anyone who wants to do it, can find this program and all kinds of menus, recipes, and grocery lists, plus the support of these terrific discussion boards, for FREE!

There are lots of WFPB programs out there, and lots of YUMMY recipes on other sites...and the monthly rates involved in subscribing to the meal planner, or the membership fees for full participation in the discussions boards, or the supplements for sale, or what have you. This is a truly unique service, and I am extremely grateful.
