In 2014 he was diagnosed with early dementia. It doesn’t say how he died. The hardest part with dementia or Alzheimer’s is when they know they are losing their thought process. He was awfully young to have dementia.

I remember when I was working in a nursing home and there was a patient bed ridden who just sort of babbled. I asked one of the other aides what was wrong with her? They said she was fine until she went into the hospital for some type of operation. That was the first time I saw what the ramifications of anesthesia.
