Back before I had an MI/stent (which included my first helicopter ride...to the cath lab), a favorite/common gourmet restaurant meal was: 'shrimp carbonara'.
Today I viewed a prize winning (very obese) female chef prepare it on tv (I was before largely ignorant of the ingredients). Forget the cholesterol-laden jumbo shrimp. Just watching her add the 8 egg yokes, double handfuls of cheese, bacon, oil, etc. to the (heavily processed) semolina pasta, and then throw more handfuls of cheese on top before plating, actually (almost) gave me angina pains!

Speaking of food porn, let's take a quick look at each and every thumbnail on this ex-vegan's YouTube channel:

Recently he just "happened to" experience some issues with his kidney(s) and then for whatever reasons the tiny little bit of veggies he ate must be the culprit. I could only see just a few pieces of broccoli with quite a bit of beef inside that fairly small Chinese take out box:



And then he's so generous to the point where even his table was allowed to share two pieces of broccoli while he's chowing down all that junk:



Apparently Chronic Kidney Disease must be directly caused by eating nothing more than a few pieces of broccoli while whatever he's been eating on camera didn't affect his kidneys at all. He's even too scared to schedule an appointment with a doctor but that's understandable. You are what you eat and he's been enjoying lots of chicken.

Let's see how long he could keep that happy look on his face since he already started trolling for views back in October 2016. Pills and procedures? Dialysis? Premature death?

I just felt very hungry when I was checking that out, not because I wanna eat stuff like that but it would be not at all satiating for obvious reasons.

BTW, do you need rich parents to eat like that?
