I often wonder if a fecal transplant would help these people rather than cutting out all plant foods. It could be that they have a bad microbiome, which is fed by the fiber so they feel better when cutting it out. Or perhaps going low enough fat, less than 10%, so that LPS isn't absorbed would help.
