Hi Dr. McDougall, All the best for the coming year. Many thanks for all of your wonderful, advice and wisdom. I can't thank you enough for what your books have done for me. I am a few months older than you and it was my 70th birthday that jogged me into healthy eating. I did not want to get sick as I aged. I feel wonderful and am 9 months into your way of eating. It is easy and satisfying. This group has been very supportive also. Many thanks and many more productive years to you.

Sincerely, Rebia

I already said happy birthday to you on your birthday ;) But anyway Happy Birthday again sir and I am happy you survived all the diseases you had when you where younger and are still with us and can teach us how to eat

:-D :-) :)
I started to eat meat again to ripe the benefits of it. They eat meat in the bible. why should not we continue to eat it? I hate manipulated facts !

Happy belated birthday Dr. McDougall. You inspired me to "make the change" after binge watching your videos about 4-1/2 years ago and being blown away by your fund of knowledge and confidence based on the many years of experience. Your message has remained consistent from the early days of your TV shows up to the latest webinars, from your books I found in the library from the 1980's up to the latest book I got on Kindle. 3 things cannot be hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth, and thank you for showing the unabashed truth!
