The stupidity of bone broth is that your GI tract breaks down everything to its component parts. You do not absorb collagen as collagen. You absorb it as amino acids. This idea that because our skin has collagen, you can drink bone broth and the collagen will go your face is ridiculous!! You can easily get the amino acids from beans and rice or some tofu.

Too bad, it's still all about sugar but he didn't realize what kinda fat we're getting from cookies and ice cream etc.
And then we've gotta eat even more "good fats" to lose weight. It's kinda like we better spend money in order to save money, or simply eat more fish in order to save the fish according to this guy from Oceana:
