Looking for Mary McDougalls List

Please help, Mary mentioned/showed a printable list for WFPB friendly sites to find recipes and I can't find it on this site.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

The first one tells you what to keep on hand, what appliances and utensils will come in handy, cooking charts for beans and grains, etc., and a few lists of Mary's favorite meals and recipes and where to find them.

The second is just a blank weekly calendar you can fill in with what meals you plan on making.

The third is the one page list of websites that you're looking for, taken from The Healthiest Diet on the Planet book.
