that's really great that you can buy this bread overseas, but Germany is a different story
I'm busy but would love to go with you guys on a video shopping tour through Germany's saturated fat everywhere.
Basically, at the moment I eat only fresh vegetables, on the occasion fruits (rarely because of sugar) and drink a lot of water with medium sparkling, quit everything animal but bread which has sf in all German bread with no exceptions. It actually makes me a bit angry that they really have got the urge to put saturated fats in really every food there is. It's sick....
Then there is the German health and food association or whatever it's called saying saturated fat is very good for ya... yeah, right...
I go so far to say, it must be a conspiracy
