With so many cook shows on the air, maybe Dr. McDougall should make guest appearances to promote his recipe book, and prepare one of the specially tasty recipes with all the trimmings. Mmmmm. I can taste those bean burritos now... :nod:

I don't watch much TV any more, but I do notice that PBS still has some pretty awful cooking programs, with nothing much about healthy eating as an alternative. Some of the worst (from a health standpoint) PBS programs are produced here in Wisconsin, by Wisconsin Public TV.

If I didn't know anything about food I might find this charming, but....
