Starchivoring is good for the brain

Postby Dougalling » Tue Dec 06, 2016 7:14 am

Hello

Just wanted people to know that starchivoring is good for the brain.

I suffered quite a few concussions in my life, but the last one was the worst. It happened 15 years ago. It made me dizzy, and made me pass out if I layed on my left side. I've been starchivoring for almost 3 years now. About 6 months ago, my concussion finally healed. My brain feels so much better. I can finally lay down on my left side with no problems. I believe that the low fat aspect of starchivoring was the major contributor to my brain healing. My brain feels physically and psychologically better. It functions better.

I'm sticking with Dr McDougall's starchivore diet.

Thanks doc, you're the best!

Now you've made me curious. Are/were you an athlete that you have had multiple concussions?
