Thanks, gang.

Not much pedaling going on these days I usually hang up the wheels in the winter for awhile when it gets cold, dark, and wet. Spending the time in the gym building strength in anticipation of some ambitious off road racing. And working on the VW. Always a project there.

Out for Japanese food tonight mmmm.

Thanks, folks.

I had the chef's surprise vegetarian sushi plate with miso and edamame. I always hope for natto, but I suppose for most people that would be an unwelcome surprise. The various sushi included marinated shiitake, takuan pickle, avocado, and matchstick tempura. Accompanied with a sake flight and the included cheat sheet helped me understand the nomenclature a bit.
