Breast cancer and daily fasting interval

Postby dailycarbs » Fri Oct 21, 2016 3:11 am

Regardless of diet, obesity, and other controls, fasting interval of 13+ hours decreased breast cancer recurrence by 40% and mortality by 20%.

Longer fasting cycle increased spontaneous activity (most people's exercise comes from spontaneous activity, not formal exercise).

And this bit most of us already know as "genes load the gun, lifestyle pulls the trigger."
Less than 5% of breast cancers are due to genetic factors and 65-75% can be traced back to lifestyle factors (obesity, diet, physical activity, smoking and alcohol).
