Today I bought B12 tablets. The minimum amount I could find was 50mcg. So is it okay to take one tablet a day as per the directions printed on the bottle or do I take one tablet every 10 days? I assume it doesn't all get absorbed so how do I ensure I get my Dr McDougall recommended 5 mcgs a day?
We pay the doctor to make us better when we should really be paying the farmer to keep us healthy.
