Vegan Gains also had a psychotic break recently. He's taking it easy and supplementing with B-12 shots to try remedying it. He's not resorting to animal products at least.

Oh my! Emily a.k.a Bite Size Vegan has been plagiarizing other vegan activists and profiting from it!

I do promote the dr mcdougall diet to friends altho this is probably not considered plagiarizing the work of dr mcdougall. There are probably youtube personalities who promote the dr mcdougall diet without giving credit to dr mcdougall.

It would have been incredibly easy for Emily to take snips of Erin's video and then expound on them herself. She didn't do that. She copied it and changed a little of the wording without giving any credit at all. That's wrong. That would be like re-writing The Starch Solution and changing a few words here and there with no credit to Dr. McDougall whatsoever. It's not only wrong but illegal. :(

This is month-old news and five minutes of your life that you can't get back. Happened to see on Youtube the former vegan Nikocado saying that he doesn't know why he's gaining weight, handling the new fat rolls on his waist. He's been posting junk food mukbangs daily for many months, in some cases 10 000 calories a pop, but I'm sure that doesn't have anything to do with it. Evidently this stuff gets views on Youtube.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AgVc3p9b2YA

Clearly he's got some deeper issues than food. He's young and he can probably withstand this for a while, but he's headed to the suicide-by-junk-food territory, which I find disturbing to see.

I haven't watched any of these youtube channels in a while. They are starting to resemble the disfunction that is probably present in their audiences. It's terrible.

I used to watch some of those vegan videos, but the constant drama was boring. I cannot stand listening to Durianrider. I don't want to hear them all fighting and cursing. Now I watch other stuff, and get my info. from Dr. McDougall. LOL :D One thing I did find out on Youtube is that people HATE vegans. They think we are all stupid arrogant idiots, preaching our crazy philosophy and nonsensical animal love.

I watch most of Dr. McDougall's webinars hosted by Gustavo Tolosa. The last one with Dr Lisle was interesting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McRGtfIcbNQ I also watch High Carb Hannah and some of her husband's videos at Life Inside a Box. I watch Mommy Tang. Sometimes I watch Plantpure TV. I watch Anarchist Kitchen sometimes, but I don't like to listen to her. I can only take so many F bombs. :duh: I watch Jill McKeever. I recently discovered and watch Connie's RAWsome Kitchen and Sarah's Vegan Kitchen. I also check out The Happy Pear now and then. I watch some of Chef AJ's videos on Facebook. I generally avoid watching the vegan drama mongers.

Rose of Ro's Kitchen seems like nice people.

Nothing discourages my respect faster than f-bombs. I haven't seen anyone who has enough street cred to get away with it, imo, including Dr. Rhonda Patrick.

Don't get me wrong; when i'm alone and things aren't going right, i'm f-bombing with the worst of them. Cursing is a difficult habit to break...it's a symptom of anger, which is on top of fear, which is on top of pain. That's the way the nervous system is organized.

I also hate the constant f-bombing. My sons do that. They are in their thirties. Yet when they talk to their grandma, their language seems to clear right up! Funny how that works. LOL

Youtube keeps giving me links to Nikocado on the side of the page, and I made the mistake of clicking on this one. He's been the opposite of vegan for a while, and there's no drama, so I guess this is off-topic, but holy mackerel... I'd never heard of the Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas. Evidently it's the embodiment of everything that's wrong with everything. It says "cash only - because you might die before the check clears" on the door, and they're not joking. Nikocado gets on a scale there, thinking he still weighs 160 pounds after 8+ months of daily binge mukbangs. Turns out he weighs over 200, and the video goes way down from there.
