VeggieSue, how do I join these facebook groups? I sent a request to all four of them but none of them accepted me.

Thanks,
Jonathan

VeggieSue wrote:Jill Nussinow, a chef who has been a presenter at the McDougall ASW's and 10 Day program, has 2 pressure cooker books out and IIRC both are all McDougall-safe recipes. If you do a search on-line for Jill's bean chart, that one is the most accurate. She also has a few videos on YouTube.

There are also a few Facebook communities devoted to eating our way using the Instant Pot, and Jill is also active in them:

Plant Based Instant Pot People

InstaPot users group- G-BOMBS - the nuts and bolts of Eating to LIVE (Obviously an Eat to Live/Fuhrman community, but the recipes are 100% McDougall/MWLP safe and has LOTS of IP information, including discount codes, files of cooking charts, etc.)

Also, look for Chef AJ's Chef & the Dietitian shows on YouTube and her FoodyTV shows. She does many with the InstantPot, and all of those are McD/MWLP safe:

It may take a day or two (or three) to be accepted to the groups......

Have fun with your IP! I'm cooking sweet potatoes in mine now. That is a daily event! :D

I bought an Instant Pot shortly after starting folllowing this way of eating - it's still (and will remain!) one of the most used appliances in the kitchen - I love it. it's convenient, it's easy to clean - in short, it's amazing :-D

Enjoy your new acquisition - I predict that you're going to love it, too.
