How could most people be so disconnected from the reality these days? They just kept praising all that wild-caught / pasture-raised / grass-fed BS but how do we actually feed everybody with enough calories coming from that kinda luxury? As if there were tons of fish that are still enjoying their lives in the ocean these days, what a bunch of idiots.

Plenty of people in America are still food-insecure in 2017 and do we actually expect them to be able to afford THAT kinda "nice" animal products? Gimme a break.

Actually the same people that advocate for meat heavy diets had a chat with me and admitted if we were stranded on an island, they would probably eat me because my meat would probably be tastier with all those fruits, veggies and carbs.

I do have to give them credit, they did admit that there is not enough of "the good stuff" to go around, and in fact they were grateful that I'm plant-based and many more people are, so that there's more meat for them. More movement towards plant based eating means more fish in the sea and meat for them.
