Hare Highway v.s. Tortoise Trail (losing weight for good)

First of all, I'm so grateful that Gustavo dedicated his time and effort to put a webinar online on a weekly basis. Everyone is able to learn a great deal from these free events from anywhere in the world.

It's about 34:00 into this webinar hosted by Dr. Lisle, he talked about the importance of time and adherence when we're losing the weight while keeping it off in the long run:

I also loved his analogy when he's explaining how Steven Spielberg made a movie. That's how a true master would put something into perspective, namely achieving success after a series of small goals are reached while the ultimate goal could be put together by combining each and every piece of chunks together.

IMHO that does sound pretty close to the last archetype as shown below:

Excess weight was gained slowly so probably ok to lose weight slowly too.

Dr Lisle mentioned 6 things to check off each day as a way of setting short term goals, such as 3 starches, 30 min exercise, etc. does anyone have that slide or the checklist? I only got audio on the presentation so I did not catch them. Thanks!

Notice it's 10, not 30, minutes exercise.
