I came across a couple of old pictures of me.

The bag say "Urban Herbivore". A vegan fast food seller in the food court, in the "Eaton Centre", in Toronto, Canada.
Here is their website.
I found it slow opening, so you may not want to click on it if you have a slow connection.

I really HATE my profile picture, but it reminds me to watch my eating. For me, that is a good motivator.

Fantastic! You look great, healthy and fit. We love our Before and After pics, proof positive that the McDougall Plan works big time. Who else wants to post?

Maybe pose in front of a healthier place than the teriyaki experience.

I was visiting relatives in Toronto. I am back home now.
I fixed the picture background, a bit,

I was going to share a picture of myself from one year ago and current, but for the life of me I can't figure out/remember how to post a photo. :?
Can someone walk me through it?

Go to this link to upload picture or video or whatever else.
http://tinypic.com/
There is a "browse" button to find the picture that is stored on your computer.
After uploading, you will see (are given) a few different links on the page to use for your picture.
Copy and use the one that looks like this.
[IMG)httttp://i58.tinypic.com/2lizpk4.jpg(/IMG)
I changed the brackets, spellings, etc. so that my example is a dead link.
.

EDIT - I edited to added this link for easy access, should anyone be reading this thread.

This link is to a similar post, by another forum member.

Thanks Docscience! And you look great!!

First pic is me in Sept 2014, second is current. I don't have a current full photo of myself but I think you can easily tell a difference just from my shoulders and up. And this is with a fairly minimal weight loss of just under 25 lb.

I would still like to lose about 10 lbs. more, but I am finding it extremely easy to maintain where I am so I've been kind of holding steady for a while.

Edited to say: Wow, I didn't realize how heavy I looked before until I saw these two pictures together. Kind of shocked

Also, I don't know if you can tell how blotchy and not-so-nice my skin is in the first picture. This was while consuming dairy products. In the second picture is my skin after committing to a wfpb diet and I think my skin looks pretty darn good. :-D
