Can you not order them where you are now? In the US I think they have free shipping, but I expect they could ship to most places.

The company itself does not ship outside of the US, but Amazon carries them, so perhaps they could ship to you.

Thing is, you never know when the border patrol will decide to investigate what you've ordered and it could take months to receive.
I only order cross-border when I don't care how long I have to wait for it.

6 cups soup USA $12.00

6 cups soup Canada $30.00

Yowsa! Keep that reminder in place. We actually pay $9.00/6 at New Leaf for the ones I eat. They are a bit high in sodium for a lot of members here, but a 200 calorie lunch with 10 cals of fat works for me a few times a week. It might be replacing stuff that is a lot worse.

That's expensive if you aren't in the states!! I like these and always keep at least one in my desk drawer at work for emergencies... (like having to stay late)! Don't eat them regularly, but they are also wonderful to take when traveling.
I ❤️ the McDougall program!! It has given me a new lease on life.

Thankful for amazing people - McDs, JeffN, Mark, Tiffany, Goose!

WAY too much sodium. Why can't they make a low or no sodium option?

They do make some of them in low-sodium versions. Unfortunately, they're still way too high.

For instance, the split pea soup cup is still 360 mg sodium per serving.
