What are yellow vegetables?

What are yellow vegetables?

Other than yellow peppers, what the heck are yellow vegetables? Everything else I can think of is a starch - like corn or squash.

Maybe cauliflower is yellow. There are also yellow carrots.

Cauliflower is usually white but there is an orange variety. There are at least a couple yellow summer squashes, patty pan, yellow zucchini.

This picture has yellow beets and yellow tomato. Parsnips are also similar to yellow carrots.

There are yellow carrots, potatos, rutabagas, tomatos, sweet potatos, beets, corn, cauliflower and many a squash.
