Your French Fries look really good. How do you cut potatoes? Can you share your recipe?

I bought a french fry cutter at walmart, it has a quarter cut cutter. I cut several at once, then put in a zipper bag with whatever spices I desire that day, today it was nutritional yeast, onion and garlic powders, salt and pepper, close bag and shake 'em up. Place on a pan and cook at 350 degrees for about 20 or so mins.

Debbie,

Did you use parchment paper etc ? otherwise the fries would stick correct? Cutter have a range from 15 bucks to -$200, do you have to buy really nice one to last long?

I did not use parchment paper...they dont stick. I dont flip, Well, they ones in the very center stick....but thats like 5. LOL

I spent 10 bucks at walmart. Its a white square one. This is the one I got, I havent watched her review or what she does....its just the same product I have. Ive had it over a year now and works great still. I also have the big huge prago one sold at walmart, but hardly use it cause its too cumbersome.

Thanks for a good laugh, Debbie! I fell for it, too.

Your real food looks amazing, even if you didn't add a scoop of Crisco to dilute the caloric effect of all those horrible potatoes. :)

The recipe can be found in the MWL book and I used some grated orange peel, low sodium soy sauce and seasoned rice vinegar, although not the 1/4 cup it called for.
