Day 31

Still sick, and having some hip pain.

B - oatmeal w/ flax, blueberries, rest of that smoothie I made yesterday
S - carrots
L - artichokes, asparagus, brown rice
D - Celery, russet potatoes (I know, probably a bad idea), couple slices of sprouted bread

Since I haven't had much pain recently, I'm deciding to just add back in foods that I think cause problems.

I added in potatoes a couple days ago, with no apparent side effects. Same with tomatoes.

I'm thinking the pain was just stress related now..
