Yay Brandon! This is great :)

It was also 21 days for me on the elmination diet when I felt a hugely noticeable reduction in pain.

Keep up the good work!
Success using WFPB diet to avoid steroid treatment for polymyalgia rheumatica. I don't hurt anymore :)

THANKS! :D

But I don't fully understand, because I've been following this way of eating for a long time. Maybe it could be the tomatoes, or the potatoes, or a number of things, but I ate those things before I started having pain and had no problems. Maybe it was just the stress; either way, I'm gonna wait it out and see what happens before adding in those two foods in specific

Day 28

S - carrots
D - Yams, baby artichokes, asparagus

Day 30

Today has been really interesting. I had barely any pain this morning, although I woke up feeling shoddy. Throughout the day I had that feeling in the back of the throat that tells you you're going to get sick soon. After the gym, it hit me and my body ached, the feeling got worse, etc. AND my hip started hurting out of nowhere?
Not good :/

B - oatmeal pancakes (oats ground into flour, banana, water, flax, cinnamon, vanilla)
L - black rice, stir fry veggies, carrots
S - power smoothie (spinach, broccoli, pineapple, blueberries, mango, banana, flax)
D - artichokes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots

Hi Brandon, I notice that most of the days you say you woke up with pain you had broccoli the day before. Could the protein there be a problem?
Maybe cook your broccoli for longer to alter the protein. :)
Maybe Im wrong, just wanted to help.
people say they have to be motivated before
They do something. I say do it and the motivation
Will come.

Maybe, I'll avoid broccoli for a couple days and see what that does.
