This is Why You're fat

I am not sure if these are all for real or not, but I couldn't believe my eyes. Do people really eat this stuff?

Yea. I have to agree. I didn't get to my size eating veggie soup and plain baked yams.

Some of that food looked like it had already been eaten. Gross.

The candy pizza was nice and colorful though. :-D

I've ate some pretty weird things and bet they are on that list. It is amazing on how extreme folks are trying to get. heck a plain ole deep fried twinkie is nothing any more.

I have NEVER IN MY LIFE seen such gross food. Each page is just hilarious. How about that 7 lb. burrito on page 6??

This was really funny and gave me a good laugh this morning :D

Thanks Quiverof10!

Typical Jeff Novick Question.....

Postby f1jim » Wed Mar 04, 2009 2:30 pm

Jeff
Which of these foods can I safely eat if I only eat it once a week?
or..
Will a little olive oil on top help the Omega 3 ratios in any of these items?

Hmmm.......seems they left out my Sunday morning favorite

"Bacon-Twinkie Stonehenge".... a top choice in the UK

The question asked of a panel of prominent cardiologists was...
Will eating this one meal allow your heart to "survive" or will it "fail"?

Their medical answer, along with a nice photo of the treat....

They should have shown the size of ALL the people ordering that junk. Several were definitely obese. One guy was actually skinny. Which he won't be for long if he continues eating that way.

I couldn't believe canned Pork Brains in Milk was real! IT IS!

And there's even a Wiki article:

Containing the line:
"one should always wear gloves when handling brains"

Forgive me. I'm from Austin where we keep things weird on purpose and change our street signs to read "Warning Zombies Ahead"

I can believe it :(. I sometimes have the Food Network in the background while I'm working (I work from home) and I've seen chocolate covered bacon before. One of the food network cooks also once did a deep friend cheesecake, which is tame compared to some of this stuff...

food network

Postby ncyg46 » Sun Mar 08, 2009 7:48 pm

i sometimes leave that on as "mindless tv". I do get good ideas from it (kitchen tips) but I can't handle all the glug glug glug of the heart healthy olive oil, cheese, butter and cream on there...I think we all should bombard them with emails about what they are promoting!!! :D
