Interesting interview in the series "why doctors don't recommend veganism" . I haven't seen him speak before so will be looking for more interviews with him.

Chef AJ has done a lot with him. On the Videos page of her personal/professional Facebook page you can find a number of them, some taken from his talks at True North, others in a more informal setting but with the same intensity and great information sharing as professional speeches:

Just keep hitting that Show More button at the bottom of the page to load more videos.

And of course, there's always YouTube. He has a number of talks up there, too, on various sites, as well as his own.
