headache on the new diet

Can cutting out meat, dairy, fish and cheese cause headaches on the first day on the diet. My head is killing me.

Do you have any history of head aches? Have you made any other changes such as dropping any items that contain caffeine? :?:

I suspect it was a coincidence.

Some days one has headaches--if one takes a different route to work on a day when one has a headache, does that mean that the route chance caused the headache? Possible but highly unlikely.
