Goodmorning, today we are having a potluck at work 'thanksgiving' style so it will be a feast day for me kind of, I'm still avoiding the cheese/eggs/turkey but I will have a roll.. maybe two! I made vegan pumpkin muffins
B - 2oz Soy/tea, 1/2 muffin, apple
L - Heres the plan, peas/corn, salad, mashed potatoes/gravy, small slice pumpkin pie, crackers, rolls, juice, stuffing if there isn't meat in it and fruit salad! OMG SOO much food!!
D - hashbrowns - 10:30PM (after class)
This weekend I was SO good! Other than Sunday, I made vegan pumpkin pancakes! I also worked out Fri/Sat & Sun!! Today I plan on taking body combat a cardio class after studying for my Spinal Cord Exam thats at 8pm!
