Im looking for a diet for people with MS. I'm new here and very interested in eveything...Thank you

The McDougall diet is particularly effective against MS. Check Dr. McDougall's blurb on medical conditions. One study has been done at the University of Oregon, and it is being repeated on a larger scale through the U of O and Dr. McDougall's foundation. You might drop Dr. McDougall an email for more details. MS is one condition that has been proven very well to control MS.

I met a woman at the 10 day program last summer who has or maybe it's had MS. She told me she was having trouble picking up her feet and placing them down to walk. She now jogs a mile or two daily.
