Congratulations Nettie!!! Wow!!!

Like many others I have been waiting with great anticipation to read your Star McDougaller Story and believe me when I say that your story was worth waiting for. I have enjoyed reading your posts along the way as you have lost pounds, but even more importantly regained your health and self-esteem.

Thank you so much for sharing your story along the way. Now we can read the story of your journey and of your success. You are truly an inspiration to me and so many others as we also strive to do what you have done.

Most of I join you in giving thanks to God and to Dr. McDougall. I wish you continued success and I congratulate your husband who has joined you in healthy eating.

Wanted to add my congratulations, too, Nettie, and a hearty thank you for sharing your journey with us. I showed my daughter your newsletter--she is very intrigued with health to begin with--and she said, "Wow. Just wow."

Dear Nettie,

Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful, inspirational story with us! I had tears in my eyes as I read it...both for your struggles and victories as well as my being able to personally relate to much of what you've experienced along the way.

Throughout the months, I've pieced together bits and pieces of your story thru reading various messages you've posted. It was great to read the entire account and get a full picture of your journey. I agree with Hope--you look absolutely vital!

PS: Maybe your hubby will end up being another Star McDougaller...he sounds like he's well on his way :-)

you look great in your photos...are you the same person on the yahoo groups? Just curious...congratulations and you look wonderful. My other half eats half of what I do with meat added but won't commit to it yet...got a ways to go with him! I am so glad to read the star mcdougaller stories!!! It's inspiring...

Nettie, you look absolutely fantastic! I'm so happy for you. Like Zena, I had tears in my eyes when I read your Star McDougaller story. I've read and printed out many of your posts.

You've helped so many of us here.
We're all truly blessed to have you here on this board. You always know how to help when someone is struggling (& I struggle a lot

).

With the huge accomplishment that you've made, you should feel like a star, so enjoy your status for awhile!!
