are we going Max, current, goal?

158/150/132.


I'm mostly in it for cardiovascular health, but I should probably get serious about those extra 18. Right now I'm happy not to be gaining.

Hi,
I have been McDougalling since October 6th.

Starting weight 136

Today's weigh in- 122

I have been exercising 30 minutes everyday, I switch off every other day between elliptical/treadmill and The Lotte Berk Method DVD series for toning.

Didn't get in on the Sat. weigh-in. Today is 118 1/2....goal 112.
