Those soybeans (as well as other beans) are very, very yummy to rabbits, especially when the plants are young. A couple of years ago we had an especially large rabbit population, and I was unable to grow beans at all! They ate every one.
If you can cover these now with a floating row cover (also called Reemay), a breathable garden fabric, and weight down the edges, you may be able to save the plants. In my case, this worked fine until the wind blew the cover off, and the rabbits quickly moved in!
