Hello, I have all Dr. McDougall's and Dr. Ornish's books. Over many years I have followed their plans on and off and would like to make a permanent change. I feel great when I do and want the benefits to be permanent.
My question is about Mary's Mini plan. I want to center my meals around potatoes.........are steak sauces still permitted for the Mini? Also, rice or soy milk in the mashed potatoes? What about Mary's gravy recipies? I would like the most benefit from this and am not sure.
